"Look, just because I'm a security guard doesn't mean you get to talk down to me. Though I've made an ocular pat-down, I still don't trust you, so you better watch your tone. Or I'll have to--"

he chops the air, makes a whoosh sound,

Kara laughs and reaches behind the bar, which nobody is tending as is usual at Paddy's Pub, to grab a bottle of vodka Frank had apparently gotten and stored away.

"You won't do shit."

Mac makes a bunch of tutting noises and watches Kara down the vodka like it's nothing. Impressive. She might be as much of an alcoholic as the gang is.

"Yeah, yeah I will. I'll kick your ass! You've got an impressive amount of mass for a chick, but don't think that'll intimidate me."

She laughs, takes a long swig.

"You really are delusional, dude. Clearly my mass intimidates the hell outta you or you wouldn't be talking all this shit."

"Don't...!--you don't get to tell me how I feel! Especially when it comes to someone's mass. I'm an expert."

He grabs a beer and pops it open almost defiantly.

"Besides. I'm not delusional. About anything. Especially not about being gay."

"Uh...?"

Kara's eyebrows shoot up as she grins.

"Nobody said anything about that but you. But hey, if that's what you wanna tell yourself, sounds like you're even more delusional than I thought. Once you face your true self, nothing can come in your way. Or some shit like that."

"Wow, thanks for your never-ending wisdom, o wise one, how shall I ever repay the favor?"

He snorts.

"Why are you here anyway? Are you Frank's new hooker?"

"That gross-ass old dude who tried to hit on me? Thanks, but no thanks. Lords."

She swigs more, nearly done with the bottle.

"I wouldn't mind you. But obviously you're not into that."

Even Mac is impressed. She can hold her liquor way better than Dee.

"I am so! Just not you! You wouldn't be able to take me, anyway. I'm pretty strong, as you can see."
