Now it’s Kara’s turn to roll her eyes, even as she sighs against his neck when she feels those fingers settle familiarly on her hip. His scent rolls off him easily and it makes her swallow hard before speaking again.
“Of course, we have plenty of things that go bump in the night. But why would I waste a perfectly good rattlesnake on you, Wolfwood?”
She grasps his unoccupied hand in hers, rubbing her thumb over the palm while stretching out his arm again toward the box. Her other arm encircles his waist, fingers playing oh so absentmindedly with the button on his jacket.
“Hmm... you were obedient this time so I guess I can indulge.”
She thinks for a moment on what exactly that should be, then her lips curl into a sly smile. Her voice drops a pitch and she undoes the suit button finally.
“It’s smaller than a Viper, but bigger than Charlie Charlie Challenge. Now quit being a frakking wimp already.”
Charlie Charlie Challenge being the latest obtained dick in the box -- until this one. The wait’s killing her but she’d prepared for his goddamn stubbornness. She’s prepared to wait it out as long as it takes.
