The smirk appears on Kara’s face in a matter of a split second when his eyes flicker over her and her special gift. Gifts. Many, many gifts. Say what you will about Kara Thrace, but a bitch knows how to build a collection. And she definitely knows how to showcase her collections. Having a hobby is important.
“The question is what I can do for you and your holy spirit. A confession couldn’t hurt my eternal soul, anyway.”
She laughs at her own joke, then shifts the box to shove it against his chest and into his arms. She eats that bitchy look up as she always does. The thought of the plans in store make her stomach twist wonderfully. She’s so giddy she can hardly wait for his surprise.
“Rowdy party between the pilots, not quite. Rowdy, maybe. Besides, the CO isn’t wrong, y’know. You’re a dutiful little wife, and it’s not like you got any plans.”
She begins to walk off, motioning with a finger for him to follow her. Now the hard part--finding a place. Luckily, the search doesn’t last too long as she spots an empty bunk room ahead. She has no idea why it’s empty, but that’s not important. What’s important is what’s in store for Wolfwood and his delicate ass.
